Union-backed challenger Barbara Constantinople routed one-term independent incumbent Fair Haven Heights Alderwoman Maureen O’Sullivan-Best in what one supporter called “a slaughter” Tuesday night. The vote in Ward 11 was 633 to 112, with 555 of those votes coming from the five towers of the Bella Vista senior complex, where Constantinople lives.
